When I was testing the Release417, I discovered that putting the brace on when I go to bed, as a preventive measure, is the ideal solution for me. There’s never really one set time that my RLS starts. Moving my legs and stretching my feet in bed makes me restless. When I wear the brace, I don’t wake up and I don’t have any RLS symptoms. It allows me to sleep much better.
